1/16 is the probability of a certain outcome with 4 coin flips. It doesn't matter what outcome you're trying to achieve. The probability of any specific outcome is 1/16.

1/2 for first coin * 1/2 for 2nd * 1/2 for 3rd * 1/2 for 4th = 1/16
