I submitted a web form for a question on a video (CS101) and was given the addresses of the Udacity forums: http://www.udacity-forums.com/cs101/ http://www.udacity-forums.com/cs373/ This was news to me, perhaps I missed it on the web page. I thought it would be useful to people taking the courses. |

Web page does not have link to forums for some strange reason (to-be-fixed I suppose), but the link to forums is accessible from the "SUPPLEMENTARY MATERIAL" tab under videos, along with lecture notes and other links. On other note - they seem to be using somewhat modified OSQA engine too :-) |

There is another link at "Announcements" in the main window as an announce and not in the "Links" window at the right ... There, in the links window, is only the link to the Facebook page. |
In all honesty I think aiqus will remain my first point of call for most things, but it's good to know =)
I already answered (and linked back, hehe) a post over there that was discussed in detail here :-)
It's a very nice community here!
@The_Cthulhu_Kid - I agree about checking here first. Some of that is because of the "maturity" of this forum. There are many fewer "Look what I did, Mom!" and "I'm sure I speak for all of us when I say Thank You!! to ..." posts.
That's because we already went through that in two waves, one when the forum started up and one when Aiqus was mentioned in the aiclass videos and so many new people joined.
It's kind of funny to use the word "maturity" in the context of something that is all of 5 months old, but I think that's the best explanation.
